We provide rapid turnaround building survey reports to surveying firms.
All of our surveys are carried out by a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are “white-labeled” with your firm’s branding, allowing you to fulfil your promises to your clients, preserving your relationships, and maintaining your firm's reputation.
We hold professional indemnity insurance and operate on a survey-by-survey basis, limiting your ongoing costs and liability. TSS is the perfect solution if you are temporarily short-staffed due to leave or resignations or if you need extra feet on the ground to handle an influx of instructions.
I am a chartered building surveyor and retrofit coordinator with a decade of professional experience across the residential and commercial property sectors.
I founded TSS to help building surveying firms deliver on their promises to clients, which can sometimes be compromised. Additionally, I believe that end clients should not have to wait for extended periods to receive high-quality, understandable reports.
I know that incoming workflow does not always align with staff capacity and that there are certain risks to consider when striking the right balance. With flexibility at the core of our service, my aim is to de-risk this balancing process, making your survey output as efficient and reliable as possible.
