The Surveyor's Surveyor is a boutique building surveying sub-consultancy providing flexible support exclusively to surveying practices and property consultancies.
We are a small team of experienced Chartered Building Surveyors, providing additional capacity and technical expertise across residential and commercial instructions. Our clients know who is undertaking their work and have direct access to the surveyor throughout the instruction
We can undertake individual inspections, prepare complete reports or support specific workstreams and larger projects. We work within your existing templates, procedures and branding, integrating seamlessly with your team while respecting and protecting your client relationships.
TSS maintains appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance and operates flexibly on an instruction-by-instruction or project basis — giving practices access to experienced Chartered Surveyor resource without the fixed commitment of permanent recruitment.
The Surveyor’s Surveyor provides flexible building surveying support to surveying practices and property consultancies, with Chartered Surveyors based in Hertfordshire and Bristol.
Our core coverage includes Hertfordshire, all of Greater London, Bristol and the surrounding areas. From our Hertfordshire base, we regularly undertake instructions across North, West, Central, East and South London.
For larger, portfolio or project-based instructions, we are happy to travel further afield, providing experienced Chartered Surveyor resource wherever additional support is required.
I am a Chartered Building Surveyor with over a decade of professional experience across the residential and commercial property sectors.
I founded The Surveyor's Surveyor to offer surveying practices something between permanent recruitment and traditional freelance resource: direct access to a small, trusted team of experienced Chartered Building Surveyors who can integrate into an existing practice when additional support is needed.
Having worked within surveying practices of varying sizes, I understand the challenge of balancing fluctuating workloads with maintaining quality, compliance and client commitments. TSS provides access to experienced Chartered Surveyors without the fixed overheads of permanent recruitment, helping practices respond to changing workloads while retaining the professional standards their clients expect.
